  • Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works such as, responding to email and phone calls and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary.
  • Can interact with internal and external parties and have a good public relation/communication
  • Prepare documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication
  • Substitute Personal Assistant to organizes meeting schedules for Directors & Managers prepare meeting agenda and minutes of meeting
  • Assist to carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and maintain and upkeep proper filing and documented
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work result
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, transportation and hotel reservation
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time
