Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education best practices and the Eunoia Global Educare curriculum.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the holistic development of young children (cognitive, social, emotional, and physical).
- Effectively manage classroom operations, including daily routines, material preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized space.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication, feedback, and involvement in school activities.
- Supervise and guide assistant teachers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool center, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Demonstrate a passion for child development and a commitment to continuous professional learning in early childhood education.
- Utilize strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Exhibit leadership qualities to inspire the team and contribute to the overall growth and success of Eunoia Global Educare.

- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment.
- Oversee the overall operations of the preschool center, including administrative tasks, resource management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's development and progress, documenting observations and tailoring educational approaches to meet individual needs.
