Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
Job Description:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote and sell telecommunications products and services, including mobile plans, enterprise solutions, and other related offerings.
- Understand customers' needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Attend training sessions, industry events, and product launches to stay knowledgeable about telecommunications technology and offerings.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
