We are looking for Project Manager in Selangor & Johor Bahru.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E construction industry.
Excellent leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge in costing, quality control, resource planning and on-site operations.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strong project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, time management and resource planning.
High level of integrity, resourcefulness and result-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
Proficient in construction-related software and project management tools.
To plan overall M&E construction activities and ensure project works meets timeline and milestones.
Prepare project schedules and work programs.
Coordinate site progress with main contractor, clients, supplier, sub contractors and related project teams.
Monitor installation, testing and commissioning activities.
Solving technical clashes and ensuring compliance with specifications and Malaysian standards (DOSH, BOMBA, OSHA, Environmental and safety standards).
Monitor project costing, control material wastage and track subcontractor claims.
Monitoring manpower and managing subcontractors to ensure full productivity.
Any adhoc tasks provided by Project Director.
