  • Store Manager x1 (Kelantan)

Location:

  • Kelantan - Lot490, Jalan Sultan Ibrahim, 15000 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
  • Selangor - Bukit Serdang (Badminton Court Pro-Shop)

Responsibilities:

  • Able to string badminton racquets as and when required
  • Ensure product shelves are well-arranged and adequately stocked
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations
  • Assist customers in locating requested products
  • Operate the cash register and process sales transactions
  • Perform basic housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally
  • Maintain company standards in achieving personal sales metrics
  • Unload and unpack store deliveries, and attach price tags to products
  • Maintain proper housekeeping practices within the outlet

Badminton Court Receptionist

Location: Pickle Crown@Tropicana Club House, Lower Ground Floor, Sport Wing, Tropicana Golf & Country Club, Jalan Kelab Tropicana, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Shift: Work 6 days a week, 1 off day

Working hours: 7am - 4pm (8 working 1 hour break) OR 3pm - 12am (8 working 1 hour break)

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service and support
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about facilities and pricing
  • Manage the reception desk, including answering phone calls and WhatsApp messages
  • Handle the court booking system
  • Process payments via QR code, terminal, and online methods, and issue receipts
  • Manage F&B cashier duties, including counter service, stock balancing, and reporting
