What you'll do:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management or a related discipline providing you with a solid technical foundation for managing complex manufacturing environments.
• A minimum of ten years’ experience within plant or factory operations—ideally gained within manufacturing or FMCG sectors—demonstrating your deep understanding of industry best practices.
• At least five years spent in senior leadership roles where you have successfully managed large cross-functional teams through periods of change or growth.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern production processes including lean manufacturing principles and automation technologies which enable you to drive efficiency gains across the board.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems allowing you to streamline workflows from procurement through delivery while maintaining accurate records for analysis.
