- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring accurate documentation and escalation where needed.
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Head of Department to support overall departmental goals.
