Internship IT Support & Operation Intern ( Mandarin Speaker )

This internship provides hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, software solutions and operational processes.

• What You'll Do
• Respond to technical support requests from internal users, resolving issues or escalating as needed
• Assist in the monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems
• Support the implementation and documentation of software solutions and upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software operational needs
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within IT operations
• Help document FAQs, SOPs and customer support workflows
• Participate in testing and improvement of IT tools and platforms

• Currently pursuing in Information Technology, Business or a related field
• Good communication skills in English & Chinese (written and verbal)
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
