Department: Digital

• Plan and execute full-funnel paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, XHS, and more.
• Drive measurable results across CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and landing page conversions.
• Utilize Meta Pixel, UTM/GTM, and analytics software to track conversions, optimize funnels, and fuel decisions with data.
• Build and manage landing pages, setup automation flows, and implement email nurturing sequences using tools like GoHighLevel, GetResponse, or similar.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline ideation, copywriting, targeting, and reporting. (We’ll train you if you're new—but you must be AI-open!)
• Collaborate internally with creatives and video editors to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-optimized content.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee campaign quality from planning to reporting.

• 3–5 years experience in performance marketing, especially lead generation.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and data tracking tools (Meta Pixel, GTM, analytics).
• Strong grasp of landing page platforms (e.g., GHL, Clickfunnel) and marketing automation systems (e.g., Zapier, Pabbly)
• Solid copywriting skills in English and Mandarin.
• Comfortable managing large budgets and tracking end-to-end user behavior.
• Bonus: Already using AI for research, campaign planning, or creative tasks—or hungry to learn.
