Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their digital marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, your role will be central to driving the company's digital transformation. You will be tasked with overseeing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels, leveraging data analytics for insights into customer behaviour, developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, collaborating on high-quality content creation, executing effective email marketing campaigns, and optimizing the company's website for SEO.Your ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment will be key as you stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
- Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing.
- Leverage data analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

What you bring:
The ideal Digital Marketing Executive will bring a wealth of experience in the field. With at least 4 years of experience under your belt, preferably within the retail industry, you have a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.Your deep understanding of various digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing sets you apart. You are known for your strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Your excellent project management and organizational skills will be key in this role, as well as your creative thinking and passion for digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
