Operation Executive
Aim Coffee (M) Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur Full-time
Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or technical service coordination (preferably in food service equipment or similar industry).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking software is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Language: Mandarin (Preferred)Bahasa (Preferred)English

- Installation, Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance Scheduling
- Plan and monitor daily schedules of technicians for installations, servicing, breakdown repairs, and preventive maintenance of coffee machines, soft-serve machines, and bar equipment.
- Coordinate with customers and technical team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Track and update job status, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Analyze service data to optimize technician routes and improve service efficiency.
- Administrative & Technical Department Support
- Manage administrative processes related to the technical team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Handle procurement of spare parts, tools, and consumables as required.
- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing for equipment parts and technical needs.Maintain an updated inventory of spare parts and service tools.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for the technical operations.
- Vehicle Monitoring & Maintenance
- Oversee company vehicle usage, scheduling regular maintenance, and managing service records.
- Prepare and analyze GPS tracking reports to monitor vehicle locations, routes, and technician driving behavior.
- Coordinate solutions for vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use
- Other Duties
- Support process improvements and operational initiatives to enhance the performance of the technical department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of services.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
