What we're looking for
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in tour operations or a related field in the travel industry. Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply for this role
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Proficient in using relevant travel booking and operational systems is a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services in Malaysia and the surrounding region
  • A team player with a customer-centric approach and a passion for the tourism industry
  • Working hours: 10am - 7pm with 2 fixed off days (Tues-Wed) on weekdays/week

  • Provide travel consultants/relevant department about the information regarding travel destinations, travel itineraries arrangement, obtain travel and accommodation reservations and register passengers at check-in and departure.
  • Obtaining information about the availability, cost and convenience of different types of transport and accommodation, ascertaining customers’ requirements and advising them on travel arrangements;
  • Providing information about local and regional attractions, sightseeing tours, restaurants, arts and entertainment, and providing maps and brochures;
  • Preparing itineraries;
  • Making and confirming reservations for travel, tours and accommodation;
  • Issuing tickets, boarding passes and vouchers;
  • Helping customers in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas;
  • Verifying travel documentation and registering passengers and luggage at check-in and departure;
  • Preparing bills and receiving payments
