Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Ice Bathhouse.
- Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms, creating engaging content, running targeted campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the beauty and fitness industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through effective customer relationship management (CRM) and personalized communication.
- Support sales team efforts through lead generation, sales support activities, and the application of effective sales techniques.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and public relations activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and offline platforms, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for Ice Bathhouse.
- Manage and grow Ice Bathhouse's social media presence by creating engaging content, running targeted campaigns, and interacting with our online community to foster brand loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Support the sales team by generating qualified leads through effective marketing initiatives, managing the CRM system, and providing necessary sales collateral.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, workshops, and community outreach activities to enhance brand visibility and attract new clientele to the Mont Kiara location.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through excellent customer service and effective communication, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Assist in the development and execution of public relations initiatives to secure media coverage and enhance the reputation of Ice Bathhouse within the beauty and fitness industry.
