- Based in Seri Kembangan, this onsite role requires the Sales Executive to be present at the company's location for daily operations.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the SME market for Ryzen ESolutions' IT solutions, focusing on hardware and Synology products.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis for prospective clients, understanding their IT infrastructure requirements and business challenges to propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Ryzen ESolutions' offerings.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, working to achieve mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless solution implementation and provide ongoing support to clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a strong understanding of the IT solutions landscape.
