- Experience in customer service is a plus but not always required
- Provide excellent customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of customer issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery.
