Digital Marketing Executive (Content & Social Media)

Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop brand positioning, digital campaign strategies, and content plans aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation strategies, supported by A/B testing, performance tracking, and data-driven insights.
- Manage daily social media activities by monitoring, engaging, and responding to audiences in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on nurturing leads and supporting sales conversion.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid social and digital advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads, to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Insights, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms; prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (visuals, videos, captions, and short-form copy) across social media and other digital channels.
- Maintain a strong understanding of major social media platforms—Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln,TikTok, YouTube, rednote,X (Twitter), Telegram, Pinterest, and others—and deploy platform-specific strategies based on campaign goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support other digital initiatives such as SEO, content optimization, and basic website updates where required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in any field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Preferably a Junior Executive with experience in Advertising, Media Planning, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and/or paid advertising campaigns is highly preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for content, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into improvements.
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team-based environment.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
