Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and driven marketer to elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms while leveraging AI to work smarter and faster. If you enjoy building impactful campaigns, creating engaging content, and experimenting with new tools — this role is for you.

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related fields
  • Strong interest in content, branding, and campaign ideation
  • Familiar with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, XHS, TikTok, IG, FB)
  • Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., vibe coding, V0.app, automation tools) is a plus
  • Good writing and communication skills (Mandarin is required)
  • Creative thinker with strong execution ability
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities
  1. Social Media & Brand Building
  • Manage and create content for LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu (XHS), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Develop content that builds brand value, not just traffic
  • Stay on top of trends and turn insights into engaging posts
  1. Campaign & Audience Engagement
  • Plan and execute creative cross-platform campaigns
  • Interact with audiences and build strong online communities
  • Experiment with new campaign ideas to drive reach, engagement, and virality
  1. Email Marketing & Conversion
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that drive high conversion
  • Optimize messaging, structure, and targeting to improve performance
  1. Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
  • Identify insights and continuously improve campaign results
  1. AI-Driven Marketing
  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity in content creation, campaign execution, and analysis
  • Continuously explore new AI tools and workflows
  • Apply AI in daily work to achieve faster and better outcomes
