**Phase 1:Find the company's most suitable warehouse to report to the headquarters, determine the company's address, assist in building a warehouse for trade and recruit temporary workers for delivery;

- Manage end-to-end e-commerce logistics: inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and 3PL coordination.
