We are seeking a creative, bilingual part-time content writer to join us. Someone who’d love to learn to write compelling and converting content for products, can translate Chinese content into compelling English scripts, and has a knack for sparking buying intent through words.
What You’ll Do:
- Scroll videos on social media daily to find videos that match our criteria
- Translate selected Chinese videos into high-converting English scripts (guidance provided)
- Research topics to add valuable insights that make our content stand out
- Come up with script angles and hooks that spark curiosity, humor, or controversy to increase engagement
- Post content across our social media accounts daily
- Minor social media task
- Fluent in English and Chinese to be able to do translation on Chinese videos
- Have experience in copywriting and marketing
- Always mindful of content flow/structure, readability, and sentence variation
- Independent and self-motivated to manage tasks before deadlines
- Takes ownership of your work, and genuinely cares about doing great work
