Assistant Operation Manager (Airbnb / Hotel Operations)

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel, Airbnb, or property management operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
(English & Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Able to work on weekends, shifts, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong customer service orientation
  • Supervise front desk and customer service staff, including check-in/out and guest enquiries
  • Oversee daily operations such as housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and guest requests
  • Handle guest escalations and complaints, ensuring 5-star service standards
  • Assist the Operation Manager with scheduling, reporting, and process improvements
  • Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and ensure all units are guest-ready
  • Support staff training and ensure compliance with service SOPs
