Assistant Operation Manager (Airbnb / Hotel Operations)

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel, Airbnb, or property management operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Able to work on weekends, shifts, and in a fast-paced environment

- Supervise front desk and customer service staff, including check-in/out and guest enquiries
- Oversee daily operations such as housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and guest requests

- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and ensure all units are guest-ready
