Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduate or 1–2 years working experience
- Hands-on builder (not theory-focused)
- Has explored AI tools beyond basic usage
- Able to convert ideas into working prototypes
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn fast
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent self-taught experience)
- Basic programming skills (Python preferred)
- Understanding of APIs and system integration
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements
- Must have built at least ONE AI-related project, such as:
- Chatbot using LLM API (e.g., OpenAI or similar)
- AI-assisted automation script
- Simple AI application (e.g., document Q&A, prompt-based tool)
- Develop automation scripts, internal tools, and simple applications
- Integrate systems via APIs and data workflows
- Support development of AI-powered features (chatbots, assistants, automation tools)
- Work with structured and unstructured data
- Assist in deployment, testing, and debugging
- Continuously explore and apply modern AI tools and technologies
- Work on real AI-driven projects, not just theory
- Gain exposure to automation, APIs, and modern AI tools
