Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh Graduates or 1-3 years experience Engineer in Mechanical Consultancy firm (Building Services).
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and engineering software tools (e.g., Camel, E20 for Heat Load Calculation)
- Solid understanding of ACMV Design, Plumbing & Sanitary Design, Fire Protection Systems, Vertical Transport (LIft) & Swimming Pool
- Familiar with Malaysian Local Authority Submission requirements & Building Codes (UBBL, MS Standards & BOMBA requirements)
- Strong written & spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team
- Lead & deliver mechanical building services design including ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection systems, Vertical Transport (lift) & Swimming Pool
- Prepare & review Mechanical Engineering Design Drawings, Calculations, Specifications and Tender.
- Prepare Tender Reports, Mechanical Budgetary Cost & Bill of Quantity (BQ).
- Attend Client Coordination Meeting, Site Meeting & multi-disciplinary consultant team discussion.
- Ensure design deliverables meet Malaysian Local Authority submission requirements
- Continuously upskill on relevant engineering standards & Green Building requirements & software tools.
