Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by providing feedback and insights from customer interactions.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service role (1–2 years preferred; fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (other languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays (if required).
