Customer Service Executive (Chinese Speaking )

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role (1–2 years preferred; fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (other languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays (if required).
