- Provide good service to ensure customer satisfaction and high NPS.
- Handle customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Join events or sales activities (e.g. product launches).
- Share feedback with the manager to improve operations.
- Ensure all transactions and records are accurate.
- Follow company policies and perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
