  • Due to the operational nature of the role, candidates who are physically fit and able to handle manual tasks are preferred.
  • Oversee and manage all procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to support the wellness centre's operations.
  • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, managing inventory levels, and optimizing warehouse space to maintain efficient stock control and minimize waste.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, evaluating their performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved service delivery.
  • Assist in the analysis of procurement data to identify trends, forecast demand, and implement strategies for supply chain optimization and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and internal policies, managing documentation and liaising with customs authorities as needed.
  • Support the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures, conducting regular stocktakes and identifying discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support, ensuring smooth supply chain operations that align with business objectives.
