• Develop, implement, and maintain the project's HSE management system, ensuring compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies.
• Provide expert HSE leadership and guidance to all project phases, from planning through execution.
• Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures.
• Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Lead the development and delivery of HSE training programs for all personnel.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, client representatives, and other stakeholders on all HSE matters.
• Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement and communication across the project team.
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
