About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to help businesses grow with the right strategies. This is a consultative sales role—you will not just sell, but work with clients to understand their needs and craft tailored solutions.
You’ll have the support of internal lead generation, a creative team, and a campaign delivery team, so you can focus on what matters most—building relationships and closing meaningful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and follow up with warm leads provided by internal sources, cold calling and marketing activities
- Identify business challenges and recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction
- Work closely with the marketing and operation teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Track pipeline progress and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager/General Manager
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platforms, and competitor activity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development—preferably in digital marketing, creative, or media fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to understand client needs and present solutions confidently
- Self-driven, responsible, and results-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, influencer marketing, etc.) is a plus
