Kajang - Assistant Manager - HR & Admin Division
Public Crane Heavy Equipment Sdn Bhd Kajang Full-time
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Experience with HRMS system will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law, HR practices and industrial relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with strong organizational, coaching and people development capabilities.
- Able to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Able to portrait good and positive-thinking and handle the company’s human resource matter in amicable manner.
- Lead and supervise the HR & Admin team to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Mentor, coach and develop HR personnel, fostering team growth and capability building.
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and other relevant labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and any other HR related matter.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances and workplace conflict resolution professionally and fairly.
- Oversee the whole HR Division including handling and processing workers’ payroll, leave management, work permit and all other related HR documentation and processes on timely basis.
- Support department heads in manpower planning, training and succession planning.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Collaborate with management on organizational planning and workforce development.
- Review and verify plus coordinate with Finance Division for staff claim.
- Responsible to prepare all relevant HR reports and analysis plus monthly reports for management decision-making.
- Oversee administrative matters including office facilities, asset control and general services.
