  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Age: Below 50 years old
  • Experience in invoicing will be an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with NAV system is preferred
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Responsible and willing to learn
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Prepare invoices and ensure accurate documentation
  • Update and maintain records in the system
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer orders and delivery status
  • Perform data entry and filing duties
  • Prepare reports and assist in daily office operations
  • Ensure all customer information and transactions are updated accurately in NAV system
  • EPF, SOCSO & EIS PROVIDED
  • ANNUAL LEAVE & MEDICAL LEAVE
  • TRAINING PROVIDED
