Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communication or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven working experience in Digital Marketing or similar role.
  • Fresh graduate with keen interest in social media and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing funnels and setup (familiarity with paid ads, email marketing, social media.
  • Skilled in photography and videography, or willingness to pick up on the fundamentals of photo/video shootings and editing.
  • Experience in a project coordination role, good team player, willingness to learn and with strong communication skills.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, resourceful, creative and commitment to the mission.
  • Required Languages: English, Malay and Mandarin

Job Summary:

The position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, marketing

projects and campaigns, ensuring IT is delivered seamlessly and meets the highest standards of quality.

This role requires strategic planning and implementation of digital activities that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the full spectrum of Marketing event and digital marketing projects or
  • campaigns.
  • Plan and execute the strategic digital activities and campaigns that help to increase/enhance
  • the brand and reputation in digital platform.
  • Creative thinking with a keen sensitivity to the evolution of social media trends, enabling the
  • production of content (e.g., captions, photos, videos) and designs (e.g., graphics, posters) to
  • maximize social media outreach for advertising purposes.
  • Conceptualize and execute the shooting of short social media videos using professional
  • techniques and skills, in line with current social media trends, for advertising-related content.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against
  • goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Communicate with sales team/operation team on the market traction.
  • Manage the full spectrum of event operation, inclusive of front end (Customer Service) and back end (Audio & AV Support).
  • Manage to produce good quality content/work to drive lead and sales to the company.
  • Directing and managing content creation, traffic generation and conversion on landing pages.
  • Active involvement in Company group marketing, including but not limited to Company event,
  • sales launch, webinar, and more.
  • Assist with marketing projects as assigned by Head of Department.
