About the Role
As a Marketing Executive at Pickle Social Club (PSC), you’ll help shape how our brand connects with the world. From planning and executing campaigns to engaging our vibrant community, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns, build strong relationships with our audience, and ensure that PSC continues to be a top choice for pickleball enthusiasts and wellness seekers alike.

Key Responsibilities- Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals. Collaborate with stakeholders and track campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
- Brand Growth: Research industry trends and audience insights to identify opportunities for brand expansion. Explore partnerships and events for further brand development.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and content quality.
- Social Media Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across social media platforms.
- Social Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics. Deliver weekly and monthly reports on engagement, traffic, and community interaction.
- Creative Content: Assist in the creation and coordination of high-quality written, visual, and video content. Support content schedu
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or community-focused industries.
- Proven ability to assist in executing brand strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining focus on business objectives.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach to marketing with an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
