- Efficiently manage the Director's schedule, encompassing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; proficiently prepare and edit various documents, presentations, and correspondence; exercise discretion in handling confidential information, ensuring utmost confidentiality.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, maintain an organized and productive office environment, and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Represent the Director in meetings and other functions during her absence, making decisions and giving approvals within the designated scope of authority.
- Support recruitment and onboarding by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting orientations, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining accurate employee records in HR databases.
- Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues, resolving concerns to foster a positive work environment, and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Administer HR tasks including managing documentation such as employment contracts, job descriptions, and policies, supporting compensation and benefits programs administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support the implementation of performance management systems, organize performance reviews, provide necessary documentation, and assist in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
