- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Administrative Executive role, preferably in a sales environment (1–3 years of experience is ideal).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in liaising with clients, business partners, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of sales reporting systems or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
