Growth Marketing Executive (Performance & E-commerce)

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a builder's role with full ownership of Furmocare's Shopee store and digital channels, growing it from scratch. You will be the engine behind our performance marketing — owning paid media, Shopee store growth, and the data that drives every decision.We are looking for someone who has seen how the best D2C brands operate and wants to apply that playbook here.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Shopee E-commerce- Own the entire Shopee seller account: listings, SEO, A+ content, pricing, and promotional calendar
- Run and optimise Shopee Ads (Search Ads, Discovery Ads, My Ads) to hit GMV and ROAS targets
- Manage Shopee campaigns: 11.11, 12.12, brand days, flash sales — plan, execute, and post-mortem
- Drive reviews, ratings, and seller score — protect and grow account health
- Monitor competitor pricing and positioning on platform weekly
- Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) - prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns
- Manage Google / TikTok Ads as the channel mix evolves
- Build and iterate audience segments, creatives, and bidding strategies
- Own media budget allocation and weekly spend pacing
- Set up and maintain full-funnel tracking: Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, Shopee analytics, GA4
- Build a weekly performance dashboard — GMV, ROAS, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, CAC
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and offer mechanics
- Translate data into clear recommendations and act on them fast
- Direct ownership — you will have real autonomy over budget and strategy, not be executing someone else's plan

- 2–4 years in performance marketing, e-commerce growth, or a D2C brand — ideally in pet, health, beauty.
- Hands-on experience running Shopee Ads and Meta Ads with real budget responsibility
- Strong commercial instinct — you think in terms of CAC, LTV, and payback period, not just clicks
- Familiarity with how top D2C brands build funnels (lead capture, email nurture, subscription mechanics)
- Comfortable in a zero-to-one environment — able to set up systems, not just optimise existing ones
- Analytical mindset: you live in dashboards and can spot a trend before it becomes obvious
- Bonus: experience in pet, wellness, or supplement categories; TikTok Shop;
