Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in digital marketing (tech/retail industry preferred)
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, or Google Ads
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut)
- Copywriting ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a bonus)
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable reading analytics dashboards
- Exposure across retail, e-commerce, and brand marketing
- Work with established tech brands and principals

Role Summary
Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital and physical channels to drive brand awareness, footfall, and online sales for Brightstar Computer — spanning retail outlets, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media- Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Plan and execute content calendar — product launches, promotions, brand storytelling
- Produce or coordinate creation of marketing materials (graphics, videos, reels)
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
- Support TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada storefront marketing activities
- Coordinate platform campaigns, flash sales, and voucher mechanics
- Monitor product listing performance and optimize for visibility
- Coordinate in-store promotional materials across all branches
- Liaise with brand principals and vendors on co-marketing opportunities and MDF claims
- Support mall-required marketing submissions and event participation
- Track campaign performance — traffic, conversion, ROAS, engagement
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and propose improvements
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the IT/consumer tech space
