Customer Service Mandarin Speakers - No Night Shift - Kuala Lumpur

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher education preferred.
• Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service.
• No late night shifts (9 hours within 8am-11pm)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin
• Salary: RM 4000 - 4500 + Allowances
• Skills Required: Customer Service, Mandarin Language Proficiency, Communication Skills and Problem Solving

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary + KPI Allowances + Other Allowances

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve platform operation issues.
• Make occasional outbound calls to customers for follow-up or to clarify issues.
• Review and coordinate return and refund requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle user issues related to financial transactions and logistics.
• Manage account-related inquiries, including issues with platform permissions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and system-related activities in internal tools

• 5 days working in a week
• Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service.
