Job Responsibilities

Accounting Functions

Handle Accounts Payables (AP)&Accounts Receivables (AR)

Manage Treasury&General Ledger (GL) duties

Prepare full set of accounts and monthly reporting

Prepare payments, invoices, bank reconciliation, accounting schedules & supporting documents

Draft official letters, forms and finance-related documents

Communication

Ensure timely & professional communication via Email, WeChat & WhatsApp with suppliers, customers, internal teams & management

Operations Support

Assist in freight, export compliance documents & procedures

Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent

Experience using AutoCount is required

Strong knowledge in AP/AR, GL, banking & accounting principles

Good communication, responsibility & coordination skills

Able to work independently with high integrity and accuracy
