Online Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and answer inquiries from overseas customers online;
  2. Connect with other departments of the company for related inquiries and work order processing;
  3. Collect abnormal customer problems, accurately feedback to the corresponding departments of the company and remove effective optimization suggestions;
  4. Carefully complete the relevant review work of the customer service department and keep records;

线上客服

岗位职责:

  1. 线上接待并回答海外客户咨询;
  2. 对接公司其他部门的相关咨询与工单处理;
  3. 搜集客户异常的问题,准确反馈公司对应部门并移除有效的优化意见;
  4. 认真完成客服部门相关审核工作,并做好记录;

Job requirements:

  1. Have fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
  2. Able to work night shifts; (two days off, customer service work Malaysia time 23:00-7:00/7:00-15:00, 3 night shifts and 2 day shifts per week)
  3. Have good communication skills and handle customer needs accurately and effectively;
  4. Be responsible and able to play an active role in the team;
  5. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to solve problems independently;
  6. Have more than 2 years of customer service experience (auto insurance and maintenance experience is preferred);
  7. Bachelor degree or above;
  8. Proficient in office software;
  • 任职要求:
  • 具备流利的听说读写能力
  • 能够上夜班;(双休,客服工作马来西亚时间23:00-7:00/7:00-15:00,每周3天夜班2天白班)
  • 具备良好的沟通技巧,准确有效处理客户需求;
  • 有责任心,能够在团队中发挥积极作用;
  • 能够适应快节奏工作环境,具备独立解决问题的能力;
  • 有2年以上的客服经验(汽车保险、维修经验优先);
  • 本科以上学历;
  • 熟练使用办公软件;
