Internship Marketing & Business Development Intern

We are an education-focused company involved in student recruitment, marketing, and partnerships with international education institutions. We are looking for a proactive and creative intern to support our Business Development and Marketing team.

• Job Responsibilities

You will work directly with the Business Development Manager and assist in daily operations, marketing, and content execution.

• Organize documents, reports, and daily trackers
• Assist in coordination of meetings and partnership activities
• Maintain proper records for ongoing projects and campaigns

• Contact and follow up with leads via WhatsApp, email, or calls
• Update lead status and maintain tracking sheets / CRM
• Assist in responding to enquiries professionally and promptly

• Create engaging social media content (posts, reels ideas, posters, banners)
• Design visuals using Canva or similar tools
• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content
• Support branding and marketing campaigns

• Assist in updating and editing WordPress websites
• Upload content, edit pages, and update information
• Ensure website content is accurate and up to date

• Students or fresh graduates in Marketing / Business / Communications / Media / IT or related fields
• Basic knowledge of Canva or content creation tools
• Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Basic understanding of WordPress (or willing to learn)
• Good communication skills in Malay, English
• Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• RM800 per month

• Real industry experience in Business Development, Marketing & Education
• Hands-on content creation and social media management experience
• Exposure to leads management and client communication
• WordPress website editing experience
• Direct mentorship from Business Development Manager
• Potential opportunity for full-time role based on performance
