  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Assist the Company Secretary in handling corporate secretarial matters for clients.
  • Prepare and submit statutory documents in compliance with Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) requirements.
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and minute books.
  • Draft board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents.
  • Coordinate and arrange board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs).
  • Ensure timely filing of annual returns and other compliance documents.
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities on corporate matters.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
