- Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and minute books.
- Draft board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents.
- Coordinate and arrange board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs).
- Ensure timely filing of annual returns and other compliance documents.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities on corporate matters.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
