Regional Business Development Manager, Homecare (EOVE & Masks) is a role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a mix of existing business and greenfield opportunities in the NEAPAC region (excl Japan). The portfolio is largely Respiratory field related and a product mix of medical devices & medical consumables.

About the RoleRegional Business Development Manager, Homecare (EOVE & Masks) is a role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a mix of existing business and greenfield opportunities in the NEAPAC region (excl Japan). The portfolio is largely Respiratory field related and a product mix of medical devices & medical consumables .This Regional Business Development role has 3 key areas of responsibility, namely ; 1.Channel management (50%), focused on leading and optimizing the growth of our existing partners in core markets, delivering New Product Introduction goals & metrics.

- Consultative Business development (40%). Leverage on existing experience to better understand the needs of distributor and prescribers, identify gaps and giving feedback to Italian manufacturing plant / Product team. 3.Market Analysis (10%). To understand various reimbursement pathways particularly in developed homecare markets (AU, Korea etc). Identify key prescribers, market trends and updates.
This role will work closely with the local team, reporting to the APAC Area Manager.

Job Requirements ● Able to represent Air Liquide in its values, business practices and ethics ● Development of regional strategy/market development plans ● Establish a schedule to monitor channel partner activity, internal MedGas operations needs and forecasts systematically ● Identify risk, develop long-term and mid-term strategies and anticipate (at best) the commercial & regulatory landscape and make recommendations to management/ Product Management/ Marketing team to ensure the competitiveness of ALMS in the NEAPAC region ● Ability to deliver product training to channel partners sales team in a clinical/professional manner.● Other incidental duties. Personal Traits ● Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders ● Helpful to direct & indirect colleagues ● Strong intercultural skills Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and an openness to address problems to
appropriate levels of management in the organization.- Prior exposure to homecare/rental modelled organisations

- Able to travel (40-50%)
- Hunter/Self Starter Qualities
- Interested in overview of business - regulatory, channel management, Product Development
Education and Experience ● Bachelor's Degree in related fields. ● Minimum 5 Years experience in commercial roles for Healthcare or Patient Facing roles ● RPGST Certification ● Strategic marketing and/or Sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is a must have ● Domain expertise in Respiratory/Pulmonology/Rehab/Sleep/Personal Health industry is preferred
