We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This position is specifically focus on the Hong Kong market and Hong Kong customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and issues related to their digital marketing campaigns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital advertising.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide valuable support.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the maintenance, improvement, and effective implementation of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
