Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent.
- Good knowledge of construction method and materials.
- Possess strong contractual knowledge.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office application
- At least 2-5 years of working experience.
- Able to work under fast paced environment.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Preparation of progress claims, site valuation, follow up issuance of progress certificates by client.
- Calculation of quantity, project costing and computation of BQ for tender new project.
- Preparation of tender costing and documentation submission.
- Able to read drawing and prepare costing and quotation.
- Prepare VO submission and Final Account Settlement.
- Follow up administrative matters relating to contracts and tender submissions
- Conducts site visits, site valuations and prepare reports.
