Possess a Diploma in a relevant field such as Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in food and beverage manufacturing, demonstrating a strong understanding of production processes.
  • Proven ability to implement and maintain manufacturing and production procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing food production processes, including ingredient handling, mixing, processing, and packaging.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Experience in conducting research and development activities to improve existing products and develop new product formulations.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and machinery, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving production goals and deadlines.
  • Assist in the research and development of new food and beverage products, focusing on recipe formulation, ingredient sourcing, and process optimization.
  • Support the production team in daily operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to maintain consistent quality and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of production processes, quality control data, and inventory levels.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to scale up new product formulations from the laboratory to full-scale production, ensuring seamless transition and consistent product quality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both R&D and production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and GMP, throughout the production process.
