The role:

  • Lead and manage the orthopaedic sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the orthopaedic portfolio across key accounts and regions.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders to expand market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to enhance product positioning and sales strategies.

The experience:

  • Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales team management
  • Possess valid driving license with own transport
  • Eagerness to take initiative and continuously learn in a dynamic environment is essential.
