Marketing Executive (Based in JB and KL)

We are a fast-growing beauty and wellness company specialising in posture correction, body alignment, and postnatal recovery services. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our brand growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, ads, website)
• Manage and create content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
• Coordinate marketing activities including promotions, events, and campaigns
• Work closely with the design team on marketing materials and creatives
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance (engagement, leads, conversions)
• Support lead generation and collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth
• Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends
• Assist in managing influencers/KOL collaborations and partnerships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome)
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (for Mandarin-speaking market)
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

• Experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
