At least 2 years working experience in retail (preferably in similar industry)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide consultation and advisory service to customer on products and treatments.
- Making product/ treatment recommendation to customers.
- Performing customer service by updating customer the balance of credit and obtaining customer’s feedback on the services rendered to them.
- Handle daily sales including collecting payments, invoicing, settlement, rendered services, profile checking and etc. by using existing system.
- Assist Branch Manager on achieving sales targets.
- Monitor stock levels and sales, and re-order items when necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp.
- Maintains ambience of the Retails Outlet, ensure the tidiness of the stock shelves and organize sales areas.
