As the primary lead for residential life, you will report to the Head of Operations and oversee the following:

• Strategic Leadership: Establish and promote a clear vision for the boarding program while fostering an inclusive, supportive community for students of diverse backgrounds.
• Pastoral Care & Safeguarding: Act as the ultimate pastoral lead, implementing tiered behavioral support systems and initiatives to address adolescent challenges.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all dormitory logistics, including room assignments, staff duty rosters, facility maintenance, and compliance with local housing laws.
• Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, and supervise a team of Residential Life staff and House Tutors to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and care.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between the school and home, coordinating with academic faculty to monitor student progress and providing regular updates to parents/guardians. ...

• A minimum of five years of significant leadership experience in boarding or residential life, preferably within an international school environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven mastery of safeguarding, child protection policies, and pastoral care systems.
• A dedicated commitment to the residential lifestyle, including availability for evening, weekend, and holiday duties as required.
