- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

- Basic understanding of financial analysis and budgeting principles.
- Familiarity with business strategy concepts and the ability to contribute to strategic planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based full-time at the Bukit Mertajam location.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the food and beverage industry, focusing on the Malaysian market.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base in the designated region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and client onboarding processes.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Manage and track business development activities, maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and sales forecasts, monitoring performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed.
