Accountant - Kajang

Your Role

As our Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations. We need a sharp, proactive accountant keen to make a big impact to keep our finances in check and help us make data-driven decisions. You will report directly to our COO & CFO.

• Manage and reconcile accounts, transactions, and payments across multiple eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax filings with high attention to detail
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize profitability
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to streamline processes and support business growth

• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or startups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—able to spot trends and discrepancies fast
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero) and familiarity with eCommerce payment platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A proactive, can-do attitude—you're not just about numbers, you're about making an impact
